The studio will be closed during the Winter and Spring vacations, consistent with the Rockyview public school closures.  The studio will be closed on all statutory holidays.  The studio will remain open on all Professional Learning Days and the Family Day Vacation week.  Students will not be required to attend lessons in July and August.

Tuition 

a) Fee Structure:
                            30 minute lesson: $30.00
                            45 minute lesson: $45.00
                            60 minute lesson: $60.00
 b) Fees are payable only by e-transfer, to be submitted as follows:

September through January inclusive-
Transfer the first of each month

February through June inclusive-
Transfer the first of each month

A statement of lesson fees for each of the months of the term will be e-mailed.  E-transfers for each month should reflect these amounts.

Missed Lessons 

Missed lessons will be made up at the teacher's discretion depending on the student's need and the time available. Lessons missed by the teacher will definitely be made up. There are no credits for missed lessons except in the case of an illness. Lessons missed for any of the following reasons are entirely the student's responsibility: family holidays, school functions, extra-curricular activities, appointments of any kind, camps or field trips. Please note that lessons cancelled by the teacher will be made up at a mutually agreed upon time. If this cannot be arranged, the next month's statement will reflect the appropriate adjustment.
